Digital product

The Japan First-Trip Itinerary System is a digital product — a mobile-first PDF system plus a companion Google My Maps link — delivered instantly after purchase. No physical product is shipped.

Immediate delivery and right of withdrawal

This product is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.

Before completing checkout, you expressly confirm — via a dedicated checkbox that is separate from any marketing opt-in — that you request immediate delivery of the digital content before the end of the standard 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or delivery begins. The date and time of that consent are recorded.

This exemption is based on Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), implementing Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which applies to digital content whose delivery has started with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights.

Where this consent has been validly given and recorded, no right of withdrawal applies to that order, and no digital withdrawal function is required for it under Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (introduced by Legislative Decree 209/2025, implementing EU Directive 2023/2673), since that provision only governs contracts for which a right of withdrawal exists.

Planning tool, not an official travel source

The system is an independent planning tool. Prices, schedules, opening hours, and transport rules change; you must verify current details from official sources before booking. This product is not affiliated with any official travel or transport organization.

Personal use only

Your purchase grants a license for personal, non-commercial use. Resale, redistribution, or republication of the product or its contents is not permitted.

Device compatibility

The system works on modern smartphones, tablets, and computers with a standard PDF reader. The companion map requires an internet connection and a Google account in a mobile browser.

Updates

Your purchase includes the version delivered at the time of purchase. The Complete System includes future v1.x updates as described on the product page.

Limitation of liability

The product is provided as-is for planning purposes. PD Studio is not liable for travel decisions, bookings, or changes made by third-party services.
